Dear Ben, I would just like to say thank you for all the care and support you have given me with the supply and fitting of my hearing aids. I have to confess to having some misgivings about going down the hearing aid route, it just made me feel old, but your kind and professional manner put me at ease and enabled me to accept the value of having hearing aids installed, and since then the quality of my life has improved.  It is also reassuring to know that you are always available to provide constant after care and support if I need so that my hearing aids are always at peak performance.
